At My Thanksgiving Shirts, our primary goal is to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their experience. Our team will do everything possible to ensure that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience with us. This policy outlines our guidelines to provide you with transparency and clarity, enabling you to make informed decisions while maintaining a fair and mutual relationship.

We understand sometimes things happen for one reason or another, if you are required to return your products, we have a guideline you should know about.

1. Personalized Products

For personalized products, there are no returns or refunds available as they are specially custom-made for you. Hence, we suggest you spend a good amount of time checking and approving any typing mistake or color combination in the digital mockup we share with you. Once you approve the mockup, we will proceed with the production and hence no changes will be possible.

My Thanksgiving Shirts is not responsible for typographic errors or for the colors that might look a little different on different computers/laptops/mobile devices. Hence ensure you do a thorough checking of the digital mockup we provide. For the most accurate view of the mockup image computer monitors should be color calibrated.

2. My Thanksgiving Shirts Liability

Our products are warranted against faulty workmanship or materials. If there are any errors by re-printing and re-shipping your order then we will replace them at no cost.

My Thanksgiving Shirts is not responsible for shipping carrier delays or once the product has left our facility. Our liability is limited to the value of the personalized products we manufacture out here.

We at My Thanksgiving Shirts hope that you are happy with all your purchases but if you are not satisfied with the product then please contact us to file a complaint within a week of receiving your order. Kindly add the order number in the subject so that we can easily get the idea.

3. Cancellation Policy

We want to help our customers in every way possible. In the case of customization, we ensure that we confirm every requirement of our customers and therefore we create a mock-up of the ordered product for our customer’s approval. Once you are satisfied with how your product will look only then we will move ahead with the process. Therefore, we do not provide a return for customized products.

Below are some conditions for cancellation:

Customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel the order within 24 hours and before we send the digital proof.
If you have received the mockup image (digital image for the order) then, a cancellation fee of 15% will be charged as our team already worked on your design.

4. Refund Policy

Refund is only possible if you communicate with our team through email. Below are some conditions for a refund:

If the mockup image has been sent and the customer needs to cancel the order for some reason then there will be a cancellation fee that includes the charges required for the digital mockup image.

Note: You will receive your refund on the same mode of payment used at the time of purchase. This transaction may take 2-4 business days to reflect on your account.
